Brandon Schuelke recently joined The Moster Law Firm as an Associate Attorney as part of their litigation team in the Dallas office. Brandon mainly practices in the areas of intellectual property, business law, construction law, oil and gas law, and entertainment law. He also assists the firm in all other areas of law as well. Brandon is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
Prior to law school, Brandon attended Texas Tech University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science (2013) and his Master of Science in Bioengineering (2015). Brandon also minored in Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish, while a member of the Texas Tech Honors College. While in undergrad at Tech, Brandon was a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and even served as President of the fraternity for a year as a Sophomore and Junior.
After graduate school, Brandon worked for some time in the construction industry. It was this work that sparked his interest in the law. While helping to draft contracts resulting from negotiations with subcontractors, Brandon decided he wanted to go to law school.
Brandon graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in May 2020. While in law school, Brandon participated in Alternative Dispute Resolution competitions. These competitions took Brandon to Houston, TX, San Diego, CA, New York City, and back home to Lubbock, TX. As a result of these competitions Brandon was elected to Texas A&M’s Chapter of The Order of the Barristers. Brandon was also a member in IP Aggies, Toastmasters, and the St. Thomas More Society. Brandon clerked for two judges while in law school, which really impacted him into wanting to become a litigator.
Brandon enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, and most importantly, his Texas Tech Red Raiders compete in his free time. Brandon also enjoys spending time with his family and taking his dog, Oreo, on walks at the park.
