Joaquin is the Legal Assistant at The Moster Law Firm’s Dallas office. He is originally from Venezuela, where he earned his Bachelor of Law degree in 2011.

Joaquin began his career as an independent legal consultant, quickly building a reputation in his hometown as an ethical and hardworking lawyer. After a few years, a partner at a local firm invited him to join their team as an assistant attorney. At Asesores Jurídicos del Zulia, Joaquin honed his skills in drafting, negotiation, and legal research, specializing in Real Estate Law. His efforts contributed to significant growth for the firm and its clients, marked by a notable increase in signed contracts and successful negotiations each year.

In 2016, Joaquin was called upon to review and oversee all aspects of legal compliance and contract drafting for GPB Neftegaz Services B.V., a newly formed joint venture in the oil industry. The company’s primary objective was to collaborate with Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) to restore the country’s oil and gas production. Initially, Joaquin served as an external legal consultant, reviewing contracts and providing legal advice on critical matters. Within a year, he was promoted to be the manager of the contract administration office, and by his second year, he was named Chief Legal Officer, responsible for all legal and contractual matters within the company.

Joaquin relocated to the United States in pursuit of a brighter future for his two children, Juan (14) and Alejandro (4), while building a successful career at The Moster Law Firm.

On his free time Joaquin loves to spend time with his sons and wife, going to the gym 5 times a week and playing soccer, tennis and volleyball which are his favorite sports.
