• We advise area clients on new business startups which concentrate primarily on small businesses. We recommend, draft, and form limited liability companies, corporations, limited partnerships, and non-profits.

• We work with startups and existing businesses on protecting their company branding by filing trademarks and copyrights.

• The Firm handles real estate transactions including property acquisitions and sales including loan closings.

• We analyze and advise clients regarding lease agreements and landlord negotiations.
