SAM HAFEZ

Sam Hafez is an Associate Attorney at The Moster Law Firm, working within the Commercial Litigation Unit. He earned his Master’s degree from Texas A&M Law School and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate and Insolvency Law from Nottingham Trent University in the UK.

Before joining The Moster Law Firm, Sam acquired international experience both in-house and in private practice. As a Legal Consultant at Strohal Legal Group in the United Arab Emirates, he advised small and medium-sized companies on corporate and business law. Later, as an in-house counsel at Qatar Navigation, a publicly listed marine and shipping company in Qatar, Sam collaborated closely with external counsel on litigation and provided guidance to corporate business units on transactions and regulatory compliance. In his spare time, Sam enjoys watching soccer, baking sweets, and playing with his dog.
