Do You have an office in my area?

We have 5 offices across Texas (Dallas, Austin, Houston, Lubbock, and Midland/Odessa).

Schedule a Complimentary Visit

We don’t charge for your initial meeting with us, unlike many law firms. Send us your documents in advance and we will review them before a scheduled first meeting where we will analyze your legal issue and let you know if you have a good case if we are talking litigation. We will also give you answers in any of our other practice areas from business to intellectual property.

What does it cost?

We do not handle contingency fee cases as we do not take personal injury matters, medical malpractice, and other areas which fall in that area. Our fees vary based on the assigned attorney and staff and we do set a retainer in advance like other law firms. We do our best to minimize the retainer and provide an estimate of all fees rendered by the firm so you can do a cost/benefit as to whether legal makes sense.

Is it confidential?

Yes! Whether you hire us or not, your communications are protected and can never be disclosed to anyone.

Who will I speak with?
