Mr. Roebuck is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in electrical and computer related patent prosecution and litigation support for Fortune 50/500 clients. His practice has included internet applications, software, telecommunications, e-commerce, and electronic and computer related inventions.
Mr. Roebuck is an AV rated attorney who received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University in 1990 where he also served as Law Review Editor.
He has also represented clients with regard to Mechanical Devices, Oil field services and patent prosecution and litigation support, Oil Field Sampling, Prosecution, and infringement analysis.
Mr. Roebuck received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University (Dean’s Honor Roll recipient) and pursued graduate studies in Computer Science at the University of Texas. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a software and electrical engineer.
