BENNETT DECKER

Bennett Decker is a paralegal with experience supporting litigation and transactional matters through all phases of the legal process. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the McLemore Law Firm in Houston, assisting with construction litigation cases from intake to resolution. His responsibilities included drafting pleadings, preparing and answering discovery, conducting legal research, managing case deadlines, and serving as a key point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Bennett earned his Paralegal Certification from Rice University’s Glasscock School, completing coursework in contract law, tort law, Texas civil procedure, and essential paralegal skills. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, where he emphasized casino management.
Before transitioning into the legal field, Bennett developed strong skills in client service, operations, and communication through roles in property management and luxury hospitality, experience that shapes his professional, organized, and client-focused approach.
