ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (HOUSTON)

ANHKIET (DOLLAR) HOANG

Anhkiet (Dollar) Hoang is a civil litigation attorney based in Houston, Texas, currently practicing as an Associate at The Moster Law Firm. He represents clients across a spectrum of procedural and substantive matters, drawing on extensive experience in both plaintiff and defense-side litigation. He graduated cum laude from Tulane University and earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he witnessed a national basketball championship victory in Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Dollar has developed his litigation practice through roles at several prominent Houston firms. His early practice focused on plaintiff personal injury and complex immigration law, including asylum merits hearings and EB-5 investment petitions. Moving into defense litigation, he worked at Bush Ramirez and later Wilson Elser. Working alongside established litigators, Dollar handled premises liability, personal injury, and coverage disputes, successfully trying a case to a jury verdict in JP Court. Following a focused tenure managing large claim files in first-party property defense at Lugenbuhl, he brought his broad experience to The Moster Law Firm.

In his current practice, Dollar routinely navigates pre-trial litigation, discovery, and mediation. His recent casework includes successfully obtaining a Temporary Restraining Order in Corpus Christi District Court, as well as securing necessary procedural rulings. When he is not practicing law, Dollar enjoys traveling abroad, spending time with his wife and daughters, and caring for his dog, McAlister.
