ALISHA DARDEN

Alisha Darden comes to the Moster Law Firm with over twenty years of experience in the legal field. After graduating law school, Ms. Darden clerked for the Mississippi Court of Appeals. Upon completing her clerkship, Ms. Darden was drawn back to her home state of Texas where she founded her own firm representing individuals in cases ranging from criminal litigation to civil litigation.  Ms. Darden became an administrative law judge for the Texas Department of Insurance in 2005.  This position led her to other opportunities such as defending insurance companies and municipalities in workers compensation actions.  Ms. Darden has also worked as an arbitrator with the Texas Department of Insurance and served several years as an alternate board member for the Texas Auto Insurance Plan Association. Immediately prior to joining Moster, Ms. Darden was a plaintiff’s litigation attorney at a boutique personal injury law firm.

Ms. Darden graduated from the University of Dallas in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.  She received her Juris Doctorate in 1998 from what is now known as Texas A&M School of Law.

Ms. Darden is a proud DFW native who loves her community and her family.  When not representing clients, Ms. Darden likes to volunteer in her community, serves as an  administrator in her church, and enjoys spending time with her black lab, Levi.
