SHAHRIAR NAVAI

Shahriar Navai is an Associate Attorney at The Moster Law Firm’s Dallas office.   

Shahriar grew up in Iran, where he received his Bachelor of Law degree with a concentration in criminal, human rights, and civil law at the University of Qom. He also published a scholarly monograph on political science.   

Shahriar then immigrated to the United States and received his Paralegal Certificate from Collin College and Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree from Southern Methodist University. Shahriar volunteered with the International Rescue Committee, where he helped people with their immigration concerns and inquiries.   

Before earning his law license, Shahriar worked for five years as a litigation paralegal in a personal injury firm, handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and workers’ compensation claims in state and federal courts. 

In his spare time, Shahriar enjoys researching history, authoring movie reviews and historically-based screenplays, archery, scuba diving, and spending time with good friends.
