Ramona Frazier is a seasoned attorney that has been practicing law for over 18 years. Ms. Frazier is in the role Of Counsel to the Firm in the area of Family Law among her other practice areas. Her other practice areas are Personal Injury and employment law.
Ms. Frazier graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1998 where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science. While in college Ms. Frazier worked at LSU Medical School in pharmacology research for over 2 years.
After graduation Ms. Frazier attended Texas Southern University-Thurgood Marshall School of Law and graduated Cum Laude in 2001. While in school Ms. Frazier did a summer externship with Judge Carl E. Stewart of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in Shreveport, Louisiana where not only did she learn about legal writing but also about oral arguments. Ms. Frazier also attended a summer honors program with the Department of the Navy at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. after her second year of law school.
Ms. Frazier began her career as a State of Texas Assistant Attorney General in the Honors Program where she was one of eight, third year law students selected statewide to begin their career with the State of Texas. During her time with the State of Texas she defended the interests of the State of Texas including State Universities, hospitals, Courts and State agencies against claims of Employment Discrimination under either Federal and/or State Law.
Ms. Frazier has also represented Plaintiffs in various areas of law including Personal injury for the last several years. She has resolved thousands of cases for clients through settlement and has also gone to several jury trials.
