Telena Moster serves as Chief Financial Officer and Firm Manager of The Moster Law Firm, P.C., where she oversees firmwide financial strategy, operational management, and long-term sustainability across the firm’s Texas offices. In this role, she is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow optimization, receivables management, compliance, internal controls, and the day-to-day business operations that support complex litigation and high-volume legal matters.

Ms. Moster brings a rare and powerful blend of healthcare leadership, financial acumen, and executive management experience. She is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of clinical and administrative experience, including leadership roles in academic medicine and hospital administration. Her background enables her to analyze large volumes of data, evaluate risk, and implement systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and organizational performance.

Prior to joining firm leadership, Ms. Moster served as Professor of Nursing at South Plains College and as Executive Director of the Wellness Center at Austin Heart Hospital, where she managed multidisciplinary teams, budgets, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives in high-stakes healthcare environments. She holds numerous professional certifications, including Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and has extensive experience operating within regulated, mission-critical organizations.

Ms. Moster earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from West Texas State University and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Phoenix. She also pursued graduate-level studies in business administration, accounting, finance, and marketing, providing a strong foundation for executive-level financial and operational leadership.
