Rachel Barnes is an Associate Attorney based in Houston, Texas. Ms. Barnes earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at Texas Christian University and her Juris Doctorate at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she focused her studies on transactional law, business and corporate law, and real estate transactions.

Before joining Moster Law Firm, Ms. Barnes practiced at a commercial defense firm and served as in-house counsel for professional sports teams. Her experience in private practice and in-house counsel roles gives her a unique perspective on the intersection of law, business, and risk management.
