EVELYN GARCIA LOPEZ
Evelyn Garcia Lopez is an Associate Attorney working out of the Firm’s Houston office. Fully licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, Evelyn brings a versatile background spanning legal research, civil litigation, and public interest law. At The Moster Law Firm, her practice focuses on providing strategic counsel and analysis to potential clients.
Prior to joining the Firm, Evelyn managed her own independent practice, where she gained hands-on experience handling diverse civil disputes and advising clients. She has extensive experience assisting with legal research, including under a special project with Texas A&M School of Public Health, where she analyzed complex multi-state regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. She also served as an Equal Justice Works Fellow and Staff Attorney, where she managed a grant-funded digital legal hotline while representing clients in a variety of civil matters, including driver’s license restoration and criminal record clearing.
Evelyn earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she served as President and Fellow of the Public Interest Law Fellowship. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston-Downtown with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and Philosophy.
Outside of the office, Evelyn is deeply family-oriented and loves taking the children in her life on trips to local museums, parks, and libraries. She enjoys traveling to new places, trying different cuisines, and spending time outdoors with her dog. She is also a passionate fan of storytelling in all forms.
