DAN N. ECKSTEIN

Dan N. Eckstein is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in transactional matters, complex civil and commercial litigation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. He has served as General Counsel, Corporate Counsel, and Managing Attorney, advising senior leadership across industries including entertainment, technology, and telecommunications.

Throughout his career, Dan has achieved significant victories in federal courts, including successful class action defenses and appellate matters. He also brings extensive experience managing complex litigation, overseeing legal strategy, and supervising outside counsel.

Dan earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tulane University and a Master of Arts in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science.
