I am pleased to report that The Moster Law Firm, P.C. achieved a significant legal victory today in the 214th District Court of Nueces County, where a Temporary Restraining Order was fully granted following a comprehensive in-person hearing. The firm represented our client, a respected medical professional, in an emergency proceeding aimed at halting a coordinated campaign of digital defamation and institutional sabotage that threatened both his professional practice and personal safety.
The court’s decision to grant this emergency relief serves as a critical measure to preserve the status quo, effectively restraining the defendants from continuing their dissemination of malicious and verifiable falsehoods in public community forums. This litigation was initiated to address a targeted “institutional blitz” and a pattern of harassment that had escalated beyond digital posts into direct threats of violence against firm staff. By granting this order, the court has acknowledged the immediate and irreparable nature of the harm caused by such unhinged conduct.
This successful outcome highlights the firm’s commitment to protecting the professional goodwill and reputations of its clients.

· The Firm also secured a critical win for our client by obtaining and successfully defending a Temporary Restraining Order to stop the imminent sale and removal of high-value industrial equipment. Acting quickly under urgent circumstances, we convinced the Court to intervene and preserve our client’s rights, even in the face of a difficult-to-locate defendant. The Court not only granted immediate relief but extended the protection and set the case for further hearing, ensuring our client’s assets remain protected while we pursue full recovery.

MORE SUCCESS IN BEATING FRAUDULENT SOLAR COMPANIES AND LENDERS
The builder did a poor job on a patio deck roof and another company installed solar panels on it making it worse. The Firm reached an agreement with the solar company not only to demolish and rebuild the deck roof but also install the panels again free of charge.

In a second case, the Firm was able to cancel a major loan to a solar panel company which also agreed to pay the cost of roof repair. Congratulations again to Satchel!
HOME REMODEL NIGHTMARE RESOLVED
After months of little to no response, it looked like litigation was the only way out. This was a case of a home remodel that had gone terribly wrong. The Firm pressed on and negotiated a settlement with reimbursement for all attorney fees and inspection costs, along with repair of all defects and the lifetime warranty still in place.
FRANCHISE LITIGATION AVERTED
We often run into clients who enter into franchise agreements with the promise of financial success which turn out to be a nightmare. The franchisor typically takes a hardline position which prevents the franchisee from exiting the franchise agreement without a huge financial penalty. The Firm took on this case a few months back and successfully negotiated the termination of the franchise agreement without any penalties or financial detriment to the client.
